All the onions used by Minmin are from Awaji.This is because onions from Awaji have a unique sweetness, so if you can't get them from Awaji in the Kanto region, we will bother to buy them in Kansai and deliver them.In addition, we divide the production areas from Chinese cabbage sent directly from contract farmers and domestic garlic from Aomori to long onions, cabbage, and ginger, and we are particular about domestically produced high-quality fresh vegetables.

Garlic from Aomori is more than 10 times more expensive than garlic from China, but the taste and aroma are incomparable.Minmin uses only garlic from Aomori.

We are particular about fragrance oil.Minmin specifies "genuine sesame oil" from Takemoto Oil and Fat, which is 4 to 5 times the price of regular cooking oil, but this is indispensable for Chinese food, where the goodness of the oil greatly affects the taste.
